Staff and family members sign in using the mode and account provided for their role.
Family invitations
Family members should wait for the centre's invitation and complete the binding steps for their linked resident.
Connectivity and uploads
If connectivity is unavailable, on-site records may upload after the device reconnects. Keep the app open when practical until delayed offline uploads complete.
Protect private information
Never share passwords or resident photos in public social-media comments.
